CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

If you wish to cancel the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed & despatched we will gladly cancel this for you.

HOW DO YOU PACK & SEND MY ORDER?

Plants are carefully wrapped in corrugated cardboard before placing into a shipping box to ensure they arrive safely with no damage. The box may also contain packing chips which are biodegradable and easy to dispose of. Your package will be sent to you via our delivery partner and tracking will be provided for your convenience.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your package is despatched we will notify you by email and you can expect to receive it within 48 hours.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

UK ONLY - Unfortunately Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & the Isles of Scilly

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes! If there are any problems with your delivery please contact us immediately on hello@junglefever.uk and we will guide you through the return process. Please ensure you photograph any damage to the delivered package or the contents as we will need these to support your return.

DO YOU SUPPLY CARE ADVICE FOR THE PLANTS?

We certainly do! The health of our plants is our utmost priority and we are always on hand to provide advice & support should it be needed. You will receive a basic care guide along with your plants but should you require more tailored advice then please reach out to us via email or DM on any of our social media pages. Also please check our blog posts for species specific care & growing tips & tricks, you can find these here.

THE PLANT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will do our best to ensure we are not listing any plants we do not have stock of. However on the rare occasion this may happen please email us on Hello@junglefever.uk with details of the plant you are looking for and we will make it our priority to ensure you get the plant you are waiting for.
