Our plant shipping days are Monday - Thursday to avoid any weekend delays with delivery.

Orders over £100 FREE DELIVERY

During the colder months we will include a heat pack with your order.

Once your order has been carefully packed & collected by our courier you will receive an email confirming your delivery. Wherever possible you will be sent tracking details. All orders are shipped via either DHL or Royal Mail on a 24-48hr service. 

If your package contains packing chips these are fully biodegradable and can be dissolved in water to dispose. Any other packaging materials used will be widely recyclable.

Should your delivery arrive with any damages, please take photographs and email them to us as soon as possible at Hello@junglefever.uk

Unfortunately our delivery currently excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & the Isles of Scilly
